Gιannιs Antetokounmpo has always been close to hιs famιly, notably hιs mother, Veronιca, and hιs late father, Charles.

Travis Kelce is sharing in Swifties’ enthusiasm for Taylor Swift‘s upcoming album, Tortured Poets Department.

During a media event for the Super Bowl on Monday, he shared that he had a chance to listen to some of her 11th studio album. “I have heard some of it, yes. And it is unbelievable,” the Kansas City Chiefs tight end told reporters. “I can’t wait for her to shake up the world when it finally drops.”

When asked for more details on her Midnights follow-up, he replied, “I can’t give you anything. I’ll leave that up to her.”

Elsewhere in the press event, Kelce praised the megastar on breaking the Grammy record for the most Album of the Year wins as she swooped her fourth trophy, thanks to Midnights. “She’s unbelievable. She’s re-writing the history books herself,” he smiled, adding, “I told her I’ll have to hold up my end of the bargain and come home with hardware, too.”

When accepting the award for Best Pop Vocal Album (Midnights) during Sunday’s ceremony, Swift announced the Tortured Poets Department and its release date. “I want to say thank you to the members of the Recording Academy for voting this way,” she said. “But I know that the way that the Recording Academy voted is a direct reflection of the passion of the fans. So I want to say thank you to the fans by telling you a secret that I’ve been keeping from you for the last two years, which is that my brand new album comes out on April 19.”

The following Monday, Swift shared the track list for the album, revealing a total of 17 songs (including a bonus track) and collaborations with Post Malone and Florence + The Machine.

LAS VEGAS (AP) – One night after Taylor Swift earned her fourth career Grammy for album of the year, her boyfriend was feeling pressure to secure his own triumph in the Super Bowl.

“She´s unbelievable, she´s rewriting the history books herself,” Travis Kelce said Monday night at Allegiant Stadium, where the Kansas City Chiefs will meet the San Francisco 49ers on Sunday. “I told her I´ll have to hold up my end of the bargain and bring home some hardware, too.”

The romance between Swift and Kelce, which NFL commissioner Roger Goodell said he “couldn´t have scripted,” has been the talk of the league this season, with her appearances at Chiefs games generating intense interest from her legion of Swifties.

 

“She´s definitely brought a lot of new faces to the game and it´s been fun to experience that,” the Chiefs tight end said. “She seems to be enjoying the games and she´s a part of Chiefs Kingdom right now. It´s fun seeing her enjoy the game of football knowing that it´s kind of new to her life.”

Kelce wasn´t the only one fielding questions about Swift. Chiefs coach Andy Reid said the pop star “has been great. She´s a good girl and humble.”

And while she has focused much of her attention on her boyfriend and the offense, Kansas City linebacker Nick Bolton said the defense has begun feeling the love from Swift and her fans.

“I think she´s been great for Chiefs Kingdom and also just the sport of football,” Bolton said.

Front Office Sports reported Swift has generated a “brand value” of $331.5 million for the Chiefs and the NFL, citing data from Apex Marketing Group.

According to the report, the figure that was calculated on Jan. 22 accounts for print, digital, radio, TV, highlights and social media mentioning Swift dating to the first game she attended on Sept. 24, then calculating the equivalent dollar value for each instance based on reach and impact.

“Taylor has an unbelievable fan base that follows her and supports her throughout her life,” Kelce said. “It´s been fun to kind of gather the Swifties into Chiefs Kingdom and open them up to the football world and the sports world. It´s been cool to just experience all that.”

Kelce also said he´s gotten to listen to parts of Swift´s upcoming album – “Tortured Poets Department,” due out April 19 – but wouldn´t reveal any details.

“I have heard some of it, yes, and it is unbelievable,” Kelce said. “I can´t wait for her to shake up the world when it finally drops.”

The Georgian was observed making fun of the Greek after he collapsed to the ground and began to cry out in agony.

In Monday, February 5, (IST), Utah Jazz point guard Collin Sexton elbowed Milwaukee Bucks player Giannis Antetokounmpo. At the Delta Centre, the Jazz defeated their opponents 123-108 in the game. After Sexton elbowed Antetokounmpo, the two got into a furious altercation that left Bucks player Malik Beasley and Sexton both on the ground.

 

The incident happened in the second quarter of the game, 1:17 into the game, with the Bucks ahead 61-48 and on a double-digit run. Sexton was being guarded by the 29-year-old at the baseline, close to the Bucks bench. But Antetokounmpo fell as the 25-year-old guard suddenly lowered his shoulder to come close to his jaw.

 

Due of Antetokounmpo’s injury, Sexton and Beasley get into a heated argument.

The Georgian was observed making fun of the Greek after he collapsed to the ground and began to cry out in agony. When Malik Beasley observed something he didn’t like, he fled to confront Sexton on the other side of the court. Following this, Beasley was accosted by Sexton and the hosts, which caused the game to end. The umpires gave both players technical fouls after forcing them to be separated by their respective squads.

Giannis Antetokounmpo then walked up to the bench and indicated that the injury wasn’t serious. He finished the game with 33 points, 13 assists, and seven rebounds and remained the highest scorer for his side. On the flip side, Sexton scored 19 points with three assists and one rebound.
