A student who tracks the private jets of celebrities says Taylor Swift‘s lawyers have threatened to sue him for sharing her flight information online.

Jack Sweeney uses publicly available data to track the take-offs and landings of planes belonging to the wealthy and posts them one day later.

The tracking amounts to “stalking”, Swift’s lawyers claim.

In 2022, Twitter banned Mr Sweeney after Elon Musk accused him of sharing his “assassination coordinates”.

Swift’s lawyers have issued a cease-and-desist letter to Mr Sweeney, a 21-year-old student at the University of Central Florida, demanding that he stop sharing the location of her private jet.

The letter, issued in December, says that the information poses “an imminent threat to the safety and wellbeing” of Swift, calling it a “life-or-death matter” for her.

It cites numerous stalkers she has dealt with in her career, and says the data gives criminals “a roadmap to carry out their plans”.

The BBC has not independently reviewed the letter, whose contents have been reported by US media.

In a statement to the BBC, Mr Sweeney said “nowhere do I intend for harm”.

“I actually think Swift has some good songs. I believe in transparency and public information, ” he said.

He added that he received the threatening letter after media outlets began scrutinising Swift’s carbon footprint.

In 2022, Swift topped the list of celebrities with the highest private jet CO2 emissions, according to digital marketing firm Yard.

The organisation found that her jet emission were about 1,185 times more than the average person’s total annual emissions.

Last month, a 33-year-old man was arrested on stalking charges outside Swift’s home.

A spokeswoman for Swift told US media that the posts about her jet were partly to blame.

“We cannot comment on any ongoing police investigation but can confirm the timing of stalkers suggests a connection,” said spokeswoman Tree Paine.

“His posts tell you exactly when and where she would be.”

The BBC has contacted Swift’s lawyers for comment.

Swift’s travel plans have also drawn increased attention from fans in recent months due to her highly publicised concert tour.

On Sunday, she is due to fly to Las Vegas to see her boyfriend play in the NFL Super Bowl, one day after her concert in Tokyo.

Mr Sweeney’s post do not provide any information about who is traveling on the planes, or where the travellers go once they land.

He has also tracked the private flights of other wealthy Americans, including Microsoft co-founder Bill Gates, Amazon founder Jeff Bezos, and Meta chief executive Mark Zuckerberg.

Lυckily, 4-year-old Wyatt is пow able to “corral” Beппett if reqυested to do so. She pυts her little arms oυt to the side to try to keep her sister iп oпe spot υпtil her mom reaches them.

“Jasoп’s pareпts have coпfirmed that Wyatt is very similar to him wheп he was growiпg υp,” she says. “She feels her feeliпgs very stroпgly.”

Elliotte, oп the other haпd, seems to be more iп liпe with Kylie’s persoпality. “My dad has this look oп his face wheп my secoпd will talk to him, like he’s talkiпg to me as if I was still little, so I thiпk we’re more aligпed there.”

Aпd how aboυt their third daυghter? “Beппett is a toss-υp. We’ll see where she eпds υp. Bυt right пow, she seems very eveп keeled aпd sweet, very sweet.”

Other thaп slightly challeпgiпg logistics, Kylie says that Beппett has beeп what she assυmes is “the stereotypical third child.” She sleeps well, she oпly fυsses for specific reasoпs aпd she’s “aп oυtstaпdiпg additioп aпd her sisters are obsessed with her,” Kylie says.

Kylie Kelce says she’s overwhelmed and feels “guilty” that fans have become so intrigued by her life, as she hangs out with brother-in-law Travis Kelce‘s girlfriend, Taylor Swift, while husband Jason Kelce has made headlines for his viral shirtless Kansas City Chiefs game antics.

 

 

 

“I feel almost a little guilty that people are so interested and invested in what I’m doing,” Kylie, 31, told Good Morning America in an interview that aired on Monday, January 29. “I’m like, ‘I am trying to scrape applesauce off the couch. This is not that fascinating.’ So, it’s funny to me. I deeply appreciate the support,” she continued.

Jason, 36, and Kylie share three daughters: Wyatt, 4, Elliotte, 2, and Bennett, 11 months. She works as a high school field hockey coach in suburban Philadelphia. Fans praised Kylie for her no-nonsense way of dealing with Jason when the Philadelphia Eagles star went shirtless and jumped out of their suite during the Chiefs’ playoff road game against the Buffalo Bills. With a beer in hand, he celebrated a Kansas City touchdown score by his brother by heading into the stands of Highmark Stadium in Orchard Park, New York, while surrounded by Bills fans. Kylie later explained how she was lenient at first before trying to get him under control.

The NFL announced that the Philadelphia Eagles will open the 2024 season with an international game in São Paulo, Brazil against an undetermined team. In Las Vegas on Monday, a reporter asked Travis if Jason would play in that Brazil game.

“I think so,” Travis fired back quickly, before walking back his statement slightly. “I don’t know. I’m not a betting man, but I think he’s got some football left in him.”

Although the initial question was specific to Jason suiting up in Eagles green, Travis’ effort to generalize his answer to Jason having “football left in him” seemed to leave the door open to that being with another team.
