LeBron, AD & Zach LaVine pulled up to watch Bronny’s pro day ahead of NBA draft
Bronny James took part in the Klutch Pro Day at the Los Angeles Lakers’ facility on Wednesday in front of his father, Lakers superstar LeBron James, league executives and other NBA stars.
James played one year at USC before entering the NBA draft pool. He just enjoyed a successful week at the NBA Combine in Chicago and is continuing his prep for the NBA draft, which begins June 25.
James’ draft stock has clearly risen over the past month. He was once considered on the outside looking in to be selected in the 58-player draft, but James is now finding himself in mocks, including ESPN’s.
Ex-NBA star and current analyst Jamal Crawford notably praised James’ combine:
James notably fared well in his second scrimmage of the combine week, scoring a team-high 13 points in a win:
At this time, the Lakers’ second-round pick (No. 55 overall) “is seen by league sources at Bronny’s floor,” per Dan Woike of the Los Angeles Times.
Ultimately, it’s clear that James’ momentum is on the rise at the right time with the draft just one month away.
