BREAKING NEWS Missing teen of Slack co-founder, found in van with man, 26, now facing kidnapping charges SPORTS ENTERTAINMENT Facebook Twitter Flipboard Email Copy Meet Kylie McDevitt Kelce, the wife of Eagles center Jason Kelce

Kylie McDevitt Kelce, the wife of Eagles center Jason Kelce, has played in her share of championship games, too.

In Kylie’s final two seasons at Cabrini University, a Division III institution located in Radnor, Pennsylvania, her field hockey team won the Colonial States Athletic Conference title for the third and fourth time in the program’s history. She was the CSAC’s rookie of the year in 2013 and a two-time first-team selection. Kylie even scored a career-high three goals in her final collegiate game — a loss in the 2016 NCAA tournament.

The latest championship game that Kylie will experience gets underway Sunday in Glendale, Arizona, where the Eagles will meet the Chiefs — and Kelce’s younger brother, Kanas City tight end Travis Kelce — in Super Bowl 2023.

Kylie and Kelce, 35, are a dating app success story who have been married since April 2018. Sunday will mark Kelce’s second Super Bowl appearance and the first since the pair tied the knot

Kylie’s attendance at State Farm Stadium will come with a unique twist, though. Given she’ll be 38 weeks pregnant with the couple’s third child, Kylie plans to bring her ob-gyn in case she gives birth mid-game, as Kelce shared on a recent episode of his “New Heights” podcast with Travis.

“That could be a super Kelce Bowl,” Kelce said. “If she has a baby in the stadium, it’s officially scripted.”

Travis replied laughing and added, “We’re in ‘The Matrix.’ There’s no f–-king way.”

Kylie and Kelce’s baby-to-be will join the couple’s daughters Elliotte, 23 months, and 3-year-old Wyatt. The family announced in a September 2022 Instagram post that they are expecting, with Elliotte and Wyatt wearing “Big Sister” T-shirts at Weaver’s Orchard in Morgantown, Pennsylvania.

Although there isn’t a known date for when Kylie and Kelce first got together, the pair has been linked via Instagram posts since at least 2015, according to GudStory.

Two years after she and Kelce reportedly got together, Kylie graduated from college in 2017, the spring when her field hockey eligibility expired. Though she is said to have coached high school field hockey, it’s unclear if she still coaches.

In the months following Kylie’s college graduation, the Eagles won their first Super Bowl after defeating the Patriots in February 2018. The couple added more rings to their personal collection later that year with their lavish nuptials at the Logan Hotel, according to Philadelphia Magazine, when Kylie and Kelce were accompanied down the aisle by Winnie, their 120-pound Irish Wolfhound.

When speaking to the outlet, the couple’s wedding photographer remarked how she started “crying hysterically” after hearing Kelce’s speech because she connected with the “underdog thing.”

“His whole mentality and his approach to life just really hit me hard,” Sarah Alderman, the photographer, said. “I thought, ‘This is my groom.’”

The Eagles aren’t exactly underdogs in Super Bowl 2023, but a win Sunday would help Kylie and Kelce write an exciting new chapter in their family’s story — as they wait for their family to grow again with the birth of their third child.

  • Travis and Jason Kelce’s Dad Says You’re Pronouncing Their Last Name Wrong

Travis and Jason Kelce’s Dad Says You’re Pronouncing Their Last Name Wrong

ALL EYES IN the NFL were on the Kelce family last year when Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce and his older brother, Philadelphia Eagles center Jason Kelce, made history as the first brothers to ever play against each other in the Super Bowl, cheered on by their mother Donna and father Ed.

Travis has since ascended to a whole new level of fame thanks to his burgeoning romance with Taylor Swift, and is currently getting ready to defend his Super Bowl champion title with the Chiefs in Sunday’s game against the San Francisco 49ers.

But if he’s anything like his old man, he won’t let the fame and glory go to his head. Here’s what we know about Travis and Jason’s father, Ed Kelce.

He worked in the steel industry

Now retired, Ed had a career in steel, and even met wife-to-be Donna at a bar while covered in dirt from the steel lab. (The story goes that she’d dropped in on her way to meet another guy, got talking to Ed, and never made it to her date.) He eventually went on to work as a sales rep, selling products to steels manufacturers, and would take young Travis and Jason with him to instil them with the importance of hard work.

“I’d take them there — hard hat, safety glasses, boots, the whole nine yards,” he told the LA Times. “I’d tell them, ‘You can have a job like your mother’s, or you can have a job like mine.’”

Ed and Donna were married for 25 years

Travis and Jason’s parents stayed together for almost 25 years, and only divorced once both of their kids had graduated from college. In the 2023 documentary Kelce, Ed explained that they made the decision to prioritize their sons’ education and athletic aspirations.

“If we had split as we probably both would have preferred, that would have been a nightmare with the logistics,” he said, “getting kids where they had to be and providing all the support.”

Ten years after the divorce, Ed and Donna maintain a well-organized system for supporting their boys. “We each try to be at one of the games,” Ed told the LA Times prior to the Super Bowl. “Divide and conquer.”

He watched the 2023 Super Bowl from the stands

While Donna Kelce watched the historic “Kelce Bowl” from a luxury box at State Farm Stadium in Glendale, Arizona at the invitation of NFL commissioner Roger Goodell, Ed declined the offer. Instead, he opted to enjoy the game with his side of the family in the crowd.

“I’m a blue collar grunt,” he said. “I’m sitting in the stands.”

    He’s devoted to his grandkids

Jason Kelce has three daughters with his wife Kylie: Wyatt, Elliotte, and Bennett. In 2020, Ed relocated from Cleveland, where his sons grew up, to the Philadelphia suburbs, just one mile from Jason and Kylie’s farm, in order to be closer to his grandchildren.

You’ve been saying “Kelce” wrong this entire time.

During an episode of Travis and Jason’s podcast New Heights, Ed revealed that their family name is not supposed to be pronounced with two syllables, as has become the case. It should, he said, be simply “Kels.” He admitted, however, that he “got tired of correcting people” years ago, especially in the workplace.

That was my work name,” he continued. “And everybody at work (said) that and so I just said, ‘Fine, screw this.’” He added that other members of his family have also adopted the two-syllable “Kel-see,” and told his sons: “Do whatever you want, I did.”

Jason Kelce teammate dishes on Eagles star’s disastrous 1st date with now wife: ‘Little bit sideways’

Philadelphia Eagles center Jason Kelce famously told the disastrous first date he had with his now wife, Kylie, in September on one of the episodes of his podcast.

Kelce, who met Kylie on Tinder, admitted to drinking too much and getting a “little too inebriated” – so much so that his then-teammate Beau Allen had to carry him back to his apartment.

Allen appeared on Wednesday’s episode of “New Heights” and dished a bit more on the date. He recalled Kelce being nervous about talking to Kylie. He said they were at a fairly formal holiday party in Philadelphia, after were drinking before going to it, when Kelce decided to go meet up with Kylie.

“Then the night just went a little bit sideways and Kelc fell asleep on the bar, like snoozing. This is the thing about Kelc. it’s not uncommon,” Allen said on the podcast. “… I have a disturbing amount of photos of you sleeping just asleep in various places… It’s cobblestone streets and you’re fighting me Kelce. At one point, I dropped you.”

Allen added that it was one of the “hardest” things he’s ever had to do.

He then admitted he was “slightly surprised” Kylie agreed to go on a second date with him.

“But you’re a great guy,” he added. “You’re charming, look at that laugh. How can you not want to go on a second date with you?”

    The rest is history.

Jason Kelce’s wife Kylie breaks silence as he provides NFL retirement update

Jason Kelce Praises Taylor Swift as a 'Genuine, Down-to-Earth Person'

Jason Kelce’s wife, Kylie, has openly expressed her support for her husband as he considers potential retirement from the NFL. The Philadelphia Eagles star is thinking about ending his career and was visibly upset after their playoff exit.

Kylie told Good Morning America: “I think that whatever he does he’s going to be successful in,” adding, “And I’m not just saying that because I’m his wife. I think that’s his personality.”

Since the season ended, Jason has been supporting his brother Travis and the Chiefs at their last two playoffs games. As he watched them reach the Super Bowl, he shared some new thoughts on his future plans.

He told the Philadelphia Enquirer: “I still want to be involved in the organisation and still want to be a part of it, regardless of what the decision is.”

Kelce, 36, played a key role in Philadelphia’s victory over the New England Patriots in Super Bowl LII. He also helped the Eagles reach Super Bowl LVII, where they lost to his younger brother Travis and the Kansas City Chiefs, 38-35.

Feeling like there was more to achieve, he signed a one-year deal with Philadelphia after contemplating retirement. Despite hopes for a Super Bowl run, Philadelphia was knocked out in the NFC Wild Card game by Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

Despite a disappointing end to his season, Jason has kept any talk of retirement close to his chest. On an episode of the “New Heights” podcast, he addressed the retirement rumours which surfaced after the Eagles’ season ended.

An emotional Jason explained to Travis: “I didn’t announce what I was doing on purpose despite what’s been leaked to the media, but people can feel body language and stuff. I just don’t think you’re in a position after a game like that to really make that decision. There is too much emotion in the moment and too much to grasp to really make that decision.

“I am not trying to be dramatic and continue to draw this thing out. It’s just something that when it’s time to officially announce what’s happening in the future, it will be done in a way that’s definite and pays respect to a lot of people and individuals that have meant a lot to me and led to the career that I have had.”

Travis stated that despite reports, Jason did not officially retire and believes his older brother still has the ability to compete at the highest level.

Jason is still coming to terms with the Eagles’ season ending in disappointment, while also cheering on Travis as he chases his third championship. The 36-year-old is keeping his future plans under wraps. However, Kylie is confident that whatever Jason decides to do next, he’ll be a success, just like his football career.

  • Jason Kelce, Other Eagles Land in Sea Isle

By DONALD WITTKOWSKI and MADDY VITALE

The last time Philly fans saw this many Eagles in one place, it was in the Super Bowl last February against the Kansas City Chiefs.

But there they were: Fletcher Cox, Brandon Graham, Dallas Goedert, Landon Dickerson and Jake Elliot, as well as former Eagles Connor Barwin, Trent Cole and Todd Herremans.

Topping all of that star power was All-Pro and Pro-Bowl Eagles center Jason Kelce and his All-Pro and Pro-Bowl tight end brother, Travis Kelce, of the Chiefs.

Jason Kelce was swarmed by hundreds of adoring fans for autographs and selfies during his annual celebrity bartending appearance Wednesday in Sea Isle City to raise money for the Eagles Autism Foundation.

The crowd was packed in shoulder-to-shoulder at a family-friendly area set up at the Paddy’s Green outdoor dining area at O’Donnell’s Pour House and next door at the Sandbar and Grill at the Ocean Drive bar. There were lines of fans stretching down the sidewalks of Landis Avenue waiting to get in both places.
Jason Kelce poses with the Eagles cheerleaders.

Kelce was elated that so many fans turned out to help him raise money for his “Team 62” charity, which is part of the Eagles Autism Challenge, an annual fundraiser for the Eagles Autism Foundation now in its third year in Sea Isle.

“It’s been incredible. The last three years have been a whirlwind,” Kelce said in an interview. “This community supports any type of charitable benefit like no other. Considering my first time ever stepping foot in Sea Isle, I found it’s a very community-driven island and it’s a very family-driven island.”

“And to come here and lend any type of helping hand I can to great causes like the Eagles Autism Foundation, I’m just blessed to be here with all these great people. It’s very humbling,” he added.

This was the third year that Kelce partnered with the Ocean Drive bar and its sister property, O’Donnell’s Pour House, for the fundraising event. It was not immediately announced how much money was raised Wednesday, but last year the event pulled in more than $100,000.

“We’re having a great day. We’re raising a lot of money for autism,” said Ralph Pasceri, who co-owns the Ocean Drive and O’Donnell’s with his brother, Pat, and their business partner, Michael Roberts.
Crowds pack the outdoor bar and dining area at O’Donnell’s Pour House.
This year, Kelce added a twist to the fundraiser by also having a beer pong contest that offered a $50,000 prize to the winning team. Teams were selected for the contest after submitting videos showing off their creative names and themes.

It was known ahead of time that Kelce was bringing his brother, Travis, with him to Sea Isle. But the appearance of so many other current and former Eagles was a huge surprise for the fans.

“We have a very strong mission with the Eagles Autism Foundation. A lot of the guys have no problem lending their free time, especially for a fun event like this. We just drink beers and have fun,” Kelce said of the players taking part in the fundraiser.

Kelce named Fletcher Cox, Brandon Graham, Landon Dickerson, Dallas Goedert, Jake Elliot, Connor Barwin, Trent Cole and Todd Herremans as the current and former players who showed up, but was worried that he might have overlooked some players.

“There’s a lot of guys here,” he said.

Also on hand was former Eagles linebacker Ike Reese, who is a host with Philly sports radio WIP. Reese was part of a live WIP broadcast at O’Donnell’s during the fundraiser.

All of the players were greeted by enthusiastic crowds that let out impromptu chants of “E-A-G-L-E-S … Eagles!”
Former Eagle Connor Barwin autographs a football for a fan.
Cox and Barwin were cheered when they took their turn tending bar. In between serving drinks, they posed for selfies with Eagles fans and autographed footballs and Eagles jerseys.

“This is exactly what I expected. I know Kelce so well, and I know how he connects with the community. This is something near and dear to Kelce,” Barwin said of the overflow crowd turning out for the event.

Barwin is currently working in the Eagles front office as director of player development. His 10-year NFL playing career included four seasons with the Eagles from 2013 to 2016.

Last Saturday, Barwin held a charity pickleball fundraising event in Sea Isle to benefit his Make The World Better foundation. He praised the Sea Isle community for its strong support of his and Kelce’s fundraisers.

“I love it that there are a lot of people here. It’s so cool to connect with so many fans on such a personal level,” he said.
Jason Kelce poses for a selfie.
Kelce’s ties to Sea Isle go beyond his fundraising event. He and his wife, Kylie, also own a summer vacation home in Sea Isle and are often seen at local restaurants and shops or walking their dogs.

Sisters Kasey and Devin Stelweck, of Sea Isle, talked about Kelce’s hometown connections while they were sharing drinks with friends at O’Donnell’s Pour House during the fundraiser.

Kasey Stelweck said she sees Kelce from time to time at the Sea Isle Acme or the Bubba Dogs hotdog stand at 59th Street and the beach. She even buys Bubba Dogs’ special “Jason Kelce hotdog” topped with potato sticks.

“You see him at Acme in flip-flops,” Kasey said. “I love seeing him. He’s a normal guy. He’s down to earth.”

Devin, meanwhile, was excited by sharing a few words with Kelce during the fundraiser when he first showed up at O’Donnell’s.

“He told me, ‘It’s so good to see you,’” Devin said. “It was as if I know him. But I don’t know him. He’s such a sweetheart.”
Sisters Kasey and Devin Stelweck of Sea Isle City, at left, share drinks with friends, Nicole and Steve Johnson, of Ocean City.
Kasey and Devin were joined at the event by their friends, Steve and Nicole Johnson of Ocean City.

Steve Johnson said he wasn’t surprised by the huge crowd that greeted Kelce in Sea Isle.

    “It’s his popularity,” Johnson said.

Johnson and his wife arrived at 9 a.m. for the start of a series of events connected to the fundraiser. They planned to stay until everything wrapped up Wednesday night.

“We’re here as long as we can be – until we get a babysitter’s call,” Johnson said with a laugh about the couple’s two children, Carter and Makena, being watched by a babysitter at their home.
Mike and Maureen Shrader, of Sea Isle City, enjoy the fundraiser.
Sea Isle City residents Maureen and Mike Shrader, another couple at the fundraiser, are diehard Eagles fans.

“Philly has a very hardcore Eagles base in Delaware County and Sea Isle,” Maureen said.

Kelce is definitely one of their favorite Eagles, they noted. And it isn’t just because he is a star player.

“It is great how involved Jason is in the autism fundraiser every year,” Maureen said.

Jason Kelce’s Wife Claps Back After He’s Called Out For “Playing Fetch” With His Kids After Practice: “Just Say You Don’t Have Toddlers”

    Jason Kelce

Yesterday the NFL and the Philadelphia Eagles shared a heartwarming video of Kelce playing with his daughters on the field after practice.

The on-screen caption read “Best. Dad. Ever.” while the post was captioned:

“Jason Kelce always stays late after practice to play with his daughters.”

The video shows him throwing a football with two of their three daughters.

Jason Kelce’s wife, Kylie, was not about to let people dad shame the NFL star.

Shortly after the video was posted, people took to the comments saying that he was playing “fetch” with his kids.

Kylie was not having it and quickly stood up to the haters.

The New York Post reported that she reposted the video adding the following caption:

“People in these comments saying ‘He’s playing fetch with his kids like they are dogs!

Just say you don’t have toddlers. If you listen, you can hear him counting. So technically, they are racing.”

Like his wife, many other comments were defending Jason as a parent.

    “Those are his coaches now.”

“Look how happy they are! He’s such a fantastic dad to his girls. Love when he talks about them, or we see them in his podcast with Travis.”

“People who are hating….shut up. Clearly, you don’t have kids. Get the outta here.”

While being in the midst of training camp, quality time with your kids might look a little different. The little girls appear to be having a blast running back and forth to their father.

Kylie posted last week an appreciation post for Jason. The couple welcomed their third child into the world in February, and Jason is gearing up to return for his 13th NFL season.

“This off-season proved yet again how your drive and work ethic are absolutely remarkable.

We can’t wait to see the results of that this season. As always, your ladies will be cheering you on every step of the way!”

One thing is for sure; these little girls have a superstar father balancing the demanding schedule of an NFL player and still making time to build core memories with his kids.

The Kelce girls look like they adore their dad in this video… can’t help but warm your heart.

Jason Kelce's Wife Posts TikTok of His Support During Labor

Going into labor means a lot of hard work ahead—for moms, anyway. For dads who accompany their partner to the hospital, well, it can mean a lot of waiting (in addition to playing a vital support role, of course). In a viral TikTok video, NFL player Jason Kelce’s wife, Kylie, hilariously called him out for his version of “support” while she was in labor with their third baby.

“My husband crushes the role of labor support person,” she wrote in the caption. The text overlay on the video adds, “Three ways my husband was a tremendous support person while I was in labor,” over a video of Travis peacefully snoozing in a corner of the delivery room. The camera pans across the room to reveal the first way: he brought his own fan to the hospital, which is perched on the end of Kylie’s bed, blowing gently on his face as he catches those Z’s.

Next, the video shows Jason taking a massive bite of a bagel sandwich, with the text overlay reading, “2. Made sure he didn’t miss a meal (even though I wasn’t allowed to eat anything).”

Finally, the third way is “Stayed well rested,” over yet another video of Jason fast asleep in the delivery room.

Kylie makes it clear that she’s joking when she ends the video with a sweet shot of Jason cuddling their newborn daughter, Bennett. The two also share daughters Wyatt, 3, and Elliotte, 2.

In an upcoming episode of the YouTube series “Last Meals,” Jason gives his side of the story.

“I was doing a lot of sleeping. There’s not much you can do,” he says, laughing, in a preview video shared by People. “You try and get water when your wife is running out of things. ‘Is there anything I can do? Can I go grab things?’ Outside of that, it’s a lot of sitting around waiting for the fireworks to get going.”

Jason Kelce Talks About His Wife's Viral TikTok Video

As for his giant bagel sandwich, he added, “I think the mistake that a lot of dads make, when your wife goes into labor—a lot of times you’re sitting around all day. You haven’t eaten anything all day. And this is why I think a lot of guys pass out. Seriously, their blood sugar levels are low, man. That’s why I’m eating bagels. That’s why I’m trying to get all of this food down. I want to be there.”

There you have it. Dads are crucial in that support role for their partners, but as the old saying goes, you have to put your own oxygen mask on first.

Jason Kelce’s Wife Kylie Slams Headline About Her and Taylor Swift

Kylie Kelce addressed headlines stating that the spotlight is “not her cup of tea” given her brother-in-law’s relationship with Taylor Swift. The mother of three and wife to Philadelphia Eagles center Jason Kelce posted a TikTok on Nov. 22 in which she responded to a Page Six headline expressing how she feels about the new spotlight placed on her family at this time.

“I said it’s not my cup of tea to like, have attention on me. I didn’t say that,” she said, pointing toward the headline on Page Six that said she’s “trying to avoid the Taylor Swift spotlight.” “That seems like a stretch to me. You’re reaching, you are reaching. You’re reaching!”

Then, Kylie went on to instruct viewers to watch the original interview she did with Spectrum News in Kansas City on Nov. 19, in which she responded to a question about her family’s newfound fame. “It’s not particularly my cup of tea to be in the spotlight or in front of a camera, I was a communication major in college,” she said in the video. “I love to be behind it — that’s my bread and butter. But at the end of the day, if it creates opportunities like this where we can leverage my network and figure out how to impact a community that has been so, so kind to the entire Kelce family, I’m so happy to be able to give back to Kansas City in this way.”

Then, in her TikTok, Kylie Kelce referred to a headline in Us Weekly that was written about Annie Elliott, stating: “Fellow Eagles Wife Mocks’ National Treasure’ Kylie Kelce’s Packing Skills After Chiefs Game.”

“‘Mocks?’ You see this woman right here? Will protect at all costs. You keep her name out your mouth,” Kylie Kelce said. In her closing remarks, Kylie Kelce urged rumormongers to proceed with caution. “These tabloids… nonsense,” she said. “I’ll tell you what we truly believe at the bottom of our hearts in Philadelphia: F— around and find out.”

Kylie attended the Eagles’ 21-17 victory over the Chiefs on Nov. 20, as her husband and brother went head to head for the first time since the 2023 Super Bowl. When Spectrum News interviewed her, she explained why she would not be seated in Travis Kelce’s suite at Arrowhead Stadium.

“I will be in the stands,” she added. “I’m a stands girl — I love sitting in the stands, cheering with the fans, even if it’s in an opposing team’s stadium.”

Jason Kelce swiped right to find love with his now-wife, Kylie Kelce, but their first date was anything but smooth sailing.

“It was pretty evident the second time we hung out [that this was going somewhere],” Kylie, 31, said during Wednesday, September 6, episode of her husband’s “New Heights” podcast.

When Jason, 35, asked why it wasn’t the first time, Kylie recalled, “Well, he fell asleep 45 minutes after I got there on a bar table!”

She added: “Because he was too drunk and then [his teammate] Beau Allen accomplished the most [impressive] physical feat of his life when he fireman-carried Jason back to his apartment.”

According to Kylie, Allen, 31, “emphasized that someone who’s dead weight” is difficult to carry. “Jason fought him the whole way,” she said, stifling her laughter. “Physically fought him the entire way.”

Jason, who shares three daughters with Kylie, claimed he was trying to “challenge” Allen by attempting to get free.

“[I] definitely fell asleep,” Jason told his brother and podcast cohost, Travis Kelce. “Got a little too inebriated, but I was sober enough to know [she] was the most beautiful woman I had ever seen in my life. It was love at first sight. … I didn’t [believe in love at first sight] until I met [her] and it was like fireworks exploded at the door the moment she walked into Buffalo Billiards.”

Jason admitted that their second date “went much better” because he was sober and stayed awake.

Jason and Kylie initially matched on Tinder, but he kept his Philadelphia Eagles career off of the app. “His profile at the time was something to the effect of, ‘I want to have deep meaningful conversations and talk about getting married and having kids,’” she added on Wednesday, noting there were not any references to Jason’s team in his bio.

Kylie teased that Jason did “really lean into the lumberjack thing” thanks to his plaid outfit, full beard and “man bun.”

“See, the man bun was helpful in the early stages of our relationship because I could tell when he was blacked out because he would send me a selfie and his hair would be down,” she quipped. “As soon as I got a selfie with his hair down, I was like, ‘I’ll talk to you tomorrow when you re-enter the world.’”

Jason and Kylie got married in April 2018 before welcoming daughters Wyatt, 3, Elliotte, 2, and Bennett, 6 months.
