The query was how the Biebers manage to be a couple when everyone feels like they have a say in their relationship. To which the Baby hitmaker responded, saying, “Ooh, that’s good for you.”

The Rhode founder then answered the question and said, “Let me begin by noting that there’s probably a lot more I could say on that specific issue, about that subject. It was definitely not easy. Justin understands that I’ve had a very, really difficult time dealing with a lot of the things people say and a lot of the ways that I feel like people have made comparisons and just made me feel like a lesser woman.”

The model then spoke about how difficult it is to cope with other people’s opinions and revealed she believed that at times online people have a tendency of making others feel inferior. She then added it might be because of something the people on the internet went through in life and helped them in some manner.

She further expressed herself and shed light on keeping herself sane, she said, “That truth doesn’t make it any easier, but I try to remind myself, ‘That person is only making me feel this way because they’re going through something themselves.’ I’ve talked about it a lot, and I’ve talked about how… I think I’ve reached a place where people will say anything they want. They think they know what occurred in his life and his relationships, and they think they know what happened between us and our relationship and how we got here, and there’s no way they could. They fabricate facts that they think are true but really aren’t, and I got to a point where I’m like, ‘Why am I even going to attempt to go out of my way to set the record straight where it’s really nobody’s business and it doesn’t matter? …People don’t realize how much goes on behind the scenes.”

Amid news that Justin Bieber’s been struggling with his mental health, he just absolutely destroyed a fan who came for his marriage in his Instagram comments, but admitted he still loved Selena Gomez in the process.

He posted a photo of Hailey last night and an account with the handle @JaileyIsAJoke felt the need to comment.

“You are NOT in love with Hailey! You only married her to get back at SG, plus Hailey sleeps with men like @ShawnMendes for fame and she’s racist @wflig,” the person wrote, which is totally rude, unnecessary, and just plain mean.

Justin was really not here for that, naturally. Here’s his response in full: “ur immature the fact that you have an account dedicated to dissing my wife and I is absolutely absurd why would I dedicate my whole life to someone in marriage to get back and my ex, anyone who believes this is mean spirited or 10 years old or younger because a logical person doesn‘t talk or think this way u should be ashamed of yourself really.”

“I absolutely loved and love Selena she will always hold a place in my heart, but I am head over heals in love with my wife and she is absolutely the BEST THING that has ever happened to me period. The focus of My Mind and Me is her mental and physical health journey, as she learned about her bipolar disorder diagnosis and survived an episode of psychosis in 2018.

Still, Justin—and really Gomez’s love life generally—was a major presence in the 2016 and 2019 portions of the film. Here’s where he was featured—and how the documentary showcased Gomez’s moving past him privately.

In the 2016 portion, when she was rehearsing for the Revival tour, Gomez name-dropped Justin…and how she wanted to be enough on her own.

Much of My Mind and Me‘s shooting took place in 2019 and beyond, but the project initially began in 2016 during Gomez’s Revival tour. After rehearsal, Gomez is very down on her performance and mentioned being afraid that she wasn’t seen as enough on her own.

It’s then that she alludes to a potential collaboration with Justin that ultimately wasn’t released. (Teen Vogue speculated this was the 2015 duet “Strong,” which was leaked but never ultimately came out.) When talking about the head of her record label, John Janick, she said, while crying, “I don’t know what John thinks, I want to talk to John. I don’t want to disappoint John. I don’t want him to think that he signed some f*cking Disney kid. It just sucks too, because the whole song thing. He called me this morning about the song with Justin, like, when am I just going to be good enough by myself? When am I just gonna be good enough by myself, not needing anybody to be associated with?”

Friends around her reassured her, “you already are.”

Paparazzi footage of Gomez throughout the film showed paps asking her about Justin.

Gomez wouldn’t mention Justin by name again for the rest of the film. But director Alek Keshishian wisely included paparazzi footage that put into stark focus how obsessed the public and press was with bringing up that relationship. In the 2016 portion in particular, paparazzi asked Gomez extremely personal questions about Justin that she just ignored, like, “Did Justin Bieber make you go to rehab?”, “Justin has a new girlfriend. Are you jealous, Selena?”, “Did you go back to drinking? Selena, where’s the alcohol?”, and “How are you feeling about Justin? Are you depressed?”

Gomez talked about moving on from the Justin breakup when releasing “Lose You to Love Me” and how the split was “the best thing that ever happened.”

Justin’s last appearance in the doc came when Gomez discussed releasing “Lose You to Love Me”—her breakup song about him. It was the last time her love life was really referenced in the film, as the rest of it was about her mental health recovery and finding her purpose.

When discussing being ready to write about the experience, Gomez said, “I texted Julia Michaels and Justin Tranter and said I think I’m ready to just say I’m sad. We wrote the song in 45 minutes, the fastest song I’ve ever written. It’s about more than just a lost love. It’s me learning to choose myself, to choose life, but also hoping that people can find grace and peace in that too.”

“The song is about knowing that you completely lost every part of who you are just to rediscover yourself again,” she continued. “Everything was so public. I felt haunted by a past relationship that no one wanted to let go of. But then I just moved past it, and I wasn’t afraid anymore.”

“I feel like I had to go through the worst possible heartbreak ever and then just forgetting everything at the drop of a hand, it was really confusing,” she added. “But I just think that needed to happen and ultimately it was the best thing that ever happened to me.”

The speculation was ignited by FOX Sports’ Craig Carton during The Carton Show on Thursday morning, where he suggested that Williams would soon be unveiled as the latest addition to the Chiefs’ roster. Carton also asserted in his report that former Cincinnati Bengals wide receiver Tyler Boyd would be signing with the Pittsburgh Steelers.

Neither move has been confirmed by ESPN’s Adam Schefter or any of the NFL Network’s Holy Trinity of insiders (Ian Rapoport, Mike Garafolo, or Tom Pelissero), leaving the true status of both players up in the air at this time.

Kansas City had many doubters during what turned out to be another Super Bowl-winning campaign in 2023 for multiple reasons, including a very poor run defense. However, the biggest bugaboo was undoubtedly Patrick Mahomes’ receivers, who led the league in drops and drop percentage during the regular season.

The drops came in key moments, and were almost directly to blame for home losses to the Detroit Lions and the Philadelphia Eagles. The Chiefs were able to mitigate and overcome those woes on their way to victory in Super Bowl 58, but they don’t want to make things more difficult on their quest for a third consecutive Lombardi Trophy.

Williams, owner of a minute 3.3% career drop rate, has averaged 15.6 yards per reception over his seven years in the league, meaning he could serve as a replacement for departed deep threat Marquez Valdes-Scantling.

When healthy, however, Williams would help Kansas City in multiple ways. On top of his straight line speed, he’d give Patrick Mahomes a true deep threat that can fight off smaller defensive backs and consistently come down with the ball.

The attention he’d attract would give Travis Kelce and Rashee Rice more room to operate in the short-to-intermediate areas, and prevent defenses from being able to devote a linebacker toward spying Mahomes on key downs, making him even more dangerous as a scrambler.

The 2023 Chiefs were likely the worst team of Mahomes’ six-year starting tenure, and yet still found a way to emerge from the AFC and win the championship. If Carton’s assertion is correct, the conference’s myriad of other contenders are going to have an even steeper hill to climb in 2024.

Their outing — which wasn’t documented due to the exclusive party’s no-camera rule — was the couple’s first Hollywood event they’ve attended together since they started dating last summer.

As Swift kicks off a two-month break from touring, she and Kelce are seemingly spending time on their own.

On Wednesday night, the “New Heights” podcaster was spotted rocking out at a Justin Timberlake pre-album release concert in Los Angeles sans the “Cruel Summer” hitmaker.

A few days before, he stepped out for lunch in the City of Angeles with two male friends and an unidentified woman.

In fact, Kelce and Swift haven’t been seen together since Friday night when they enjoyed a date night in Singapore.

They were joined by eight others at an upscale sushi bar shortly after the 14-time Grammy winner wrapped up her concert.

Kelce was notably spotted dancing to Swift’s greatest hits in the VIP section of National Stadium on Friday and Saturday night.

During the show, the singer also gave a sweet nod to her beau during her “Karma” track, singing, “Karma is the guy on the Chiefs/ Coming straight home to me.”
