HOT NEWS: Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce Moving In Together! Inside Their Bi-Coastal Lifestyle and Future Plans

A report from Us Weeklyclaims that Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce are preparing to take the next big step in their relationship: moving in together.

The report shares that the couple are discussing “living together full-time”. But for two busy people with schedules that take them all of the country, and for Swift, the world, what does that look like?

According to the publication, during Kelce’s football season they would live at his house in Kansas City, Missouri. During off-season, they would then split their time between Swift’s New York City and Los Angeles homes.

A source told the outlet that, despite speculation, “there’s no rush [to get engaged]”. The pair are “having so much fun and enjoying things […] it’s a very healthy relationship. Things are very serious, and they’re both thinking of the next steps.”

The couple were recently spotted on vacation in the Bahamas, and have been spending time together in Los Angeles whilst Swift is on a break from her Eras Tour and Kelce is not training for the NFL season.

The same source said the pair plan to go away soon before Swift’s tour starts again in May and Kelce has to go back to Kansas City in late April.

“They’re planning on getting away again soon,” that source said. “They want peace and quiet. They’ve talked about Aspen and Lake Tahoe because it’s easier for them to go somewhere in the U.S. untracked.”

Another source said they also plan to go to Coachella, saying “They both want to see Lana Del Rey and [Jack Antonoff’s band] Bleachers,” as the two musicians are good friends with the couple.

Whilst, understandably, the pair haven’t shared their summer plans publicly, Kelce did say in an interview with Entertainment Tonight that he would be travelling with Swift in Europe to attend some of her shows.

“Man, I’ll tell you what. The London shows, I think she’s at Wembley eight times, which is mind-blowing that she can do that many shows in one stadium and fill that thing up,” he said. “I played at Wembley once, and I don’t even think we filled that thing up.”

Breaking: NFL Bans Taylor Swift From Super Bowl, “She’s Too Distracting”

NFL Taylor Swift Ban Super Bowl

In a move that has stunned fans and industry insiders alike, the National Football League (NFL) has announced a decision to ban pop superstar Taylor Swift from performing at the Super Bowl, citing that she is “too much distracting.” This unprecedented decision marks a significant shift in the NFL’s approach to entertainment, especially considering the Super Bowl’s reputation for featuring high-profile musical acts.

The announcement came as a surprise to many, given Taylor Swift’s enormous global popularity and her reputation as a powerhouse performer. The rationale behind the decision, as stated by an NFL spokesperson, is that Swift’s presence and performance style are considered overly distracting, potentially overshadowing the game itself. This reasoning has sparked widespread debate and controversy, highlighting the delicate balance between sports and entertainment.

Taylor Swift is not just a singer; she’s an institution in the music industry, known for her catchy tunes, heartfelt lyrics, and electrifying performances. Her fan base, affectionately known as “Swifties,” spans across the globe, encompassing diverse age groups and demographics. Swift’s influence extends beyond music into fashion, politics, and social activism, making her one of the most influential figures in contemporary culture.

The Super Bowl halftime show is a cornerstone of the event’s entertainment value, historically featuring performances by some of the biggest names in music. From Michael Jackson to Madonna, Prince to Lady Gaga, the halftime show has often been as much a talking point as the game itself. The NFL’s decision to exclude Swift from this tradition is a departure from its usual strategy of leveraging star power to maximize viewership and engagement.

The NFL’s use of the term “too much distracting” in relation to Swift’s potential performance raises questions about the criteria used to select halftime performers. It suggests a concern that her performance could divert attention away from the game, which is, after all, the primary focus of the event. This decision implies a reassessment of the role and impact of halftime entertainment on the overall Super Bowl experience.

The response from Taylor Swift’s fans and the general public has been one of shock and disappointment. Many feel that the NFL’s decision is unjustified and a disservice to the entertainment aspect of the Super Bowl. Social media platforms have erupted with discussions and debates, with Swift’s supporters rallying behind her, criticizing the NFL for what they perceive as a short-sighted and unnecessary move.

The NFL’s decision could have significant implications for the Super Bowl’s viewership. Taylor Swift’s presence could have drawn in a broader audience, potentially boosting ratings and attracting casual viewers who are more interested in the halftime show than the game. The absence of a star of Swift’s caliber might result in a different viewership dynamic, with potential impacts on advertising revenue and overall interest in the event.

This situation highlights the ongoing challenge of balancing the sports aspect of the Super Bowl with its entertainment quotient. While the primary purpose of the event is to showcase the pinnacle of American football, the halftime show has evolved into a cultural phenomenon in its own right. Striking the right balance between these two elements is crucial for the success and relevance of the Super Bowl.

The ban on Taylor Swift opens up a conversation about the future direction of Super Bowl entertainment. It may signal a shift towards more subdued or sports-centric halftime shows, or it could prompt the NFL to reconsider how it integrates entertainment into its biggest event. The industry will be watching closely to see how this decision impacts not only future Super Bowl halftime shows but also the relationship between sports leagues and entertainment figures.

The NFL’s decision to ban Taylor Swift from performing at the Super Bowl due to her being “too much distracting” is a moment of significant reckoning in the intersection of sports and entertainment. It raises important questions about the role of halftime shows, the expectations of fans, and the broader cultural impact of such decisions. As the debate continues, one thing is clear: this decision will be remembered as a pivotal moment in the history of Super Bowl entertainment, setting a precedent that could shape the event for years to come.

The “Lover” singer and the Kansas City Chiefs tight end revealed details to attend Coachella 2024 to see some of their A-list friends perform

The “Lover” singer and the Kansas City Chiefs tight end are planning to attend Coachella 2024 to see some of their A-list friends perform, according to Us Weekly. “They both want to see Lana Del Rey and [Jack Antonoff’s band] Bleachers,” an insider told the magazine Wednesday.

Del Rey, who attended the 2024 Super Bowl with Swift, is serving as one of the headliners for the music festival, which will take place April 12 to 14 and April 19 to 21 at the the Empire Polo Club in Indio, Calif. Bleachers will take one of the stages on April 13 and April 20.

Swift and Kelce, both 34, will be “renting a house in the area” for one of the two festival weekends, the source added. Reps for Swift and Kelce didn’t immediately return Page Six’s requests for comment. The famed athlete, who is currently in the offseason from the NFL, is expected to stay with the newly minted billionaire until late April, the insider added, with a second source noting that Kelce is shooting a commercial in Los Angeles the weekend of April 12.

“Taylor is very excited about the opportunities Travis is getting and fully supports him,” a third source told Us Weekly. “[But] she wants him to be conscious of his schedule. The only issue is making sure they can see each other.” The “Out of the Woods” singer resumes her Eras Tour in May, and Kelce already confirmed that he will fly to Europe to watch her perform. “Oh, you know I gotta go support,” he told “Entertainment Tonight” when asked whether he would be “packing [his] bags” soon, adding that he had to pay back the favor after she attended numerous football games.

“We are both very career-driven. I think we both love what we do, and any chance that I can show my support to her — knowing that she has shown me all the support in the world throughout the season — it’s just been an amazing experience getting to know Tay,” he added. Unfortunately, Swift will not be able to attend Kelce’s music festival, Kelce Jam, in May because she will be performing in Sweden. The couple started dating last summer.

Travis Kelce makes surprising career decision amid Taylor Swift romance: report Travis has been playing for Kansas City Chiefs for 11 years

Production has reportedly already begun in Los Angeles on the series called Are You Smarter Than a Celebrity?, which is why the NFL star and girlfriend Taylor Swift have been spending so much time in the city.

Travis Kelce makes surprising career decision amid Taylor Swift romance: report Travis has been playing for Kansas City Chiefs for 11 years

Variety first reported the news in March, sharing that there were some concerns “about how much of a commitment Kelce could make to the venture if he continues playing football”. He will need to return to Kansas City for training in mid-July ahead of the new NFL season kicking off in September, and his schedule for the following six months will be tight. Travis’ decision to make the move into hosting comes after he has already been making small steps into the world of entertainment.

In 2016 he was the star of his own reality romance show, Catching Kelce, but in recent years he has hosted Saturday Night Live and made the move to begin producing films and documentaries: his first film My Dead Friend Zoe, premiered at SXSW earlier in March, and King Pleasure, an upcoming documentary about Jean-Michel Basquiat, will go into production later in 2024. It was thought that Travis would travel to Europe in May with Taylor as she begins the fourth leg of her Eras Tour in France.

The superstar wrapped up the third leg of her Eras Tour with six nights in Singapore in February – and she ended it with another shout out to boyfriend Travis, changing the lyrics in ‘Karma’ to “Karma is the guy on the Chiefs, coming straight home to me”. Travis, 34, had flown into Singapore for the final night, with fans spotting him in a private box with friends as Taylor performed her three-hour long set.

As it came to a close, he was – as in previous times when he had watched her on tour – waiting backstage where fans caught her running into his arms for a kiss. The two began dating in summer 2023 after he attended her show at Arrowhead Stadium in Kansas City, Missouri. He tried to give her his number but was rebuffed and told she did not meet anyone prior to performing, and he called her out for it on his podcast ‘New Heights’. Taylor later called the move “metal as hell” and it is thought they were introduced by mutual friends in the weeks after.

Kelce is currently in Singapore, where has seen the final two shows of her current tour before a two-month break. He also flew to Sydney to be with her in February.

But according to US Weekly, the couple are not planning on taking things forward anytime soon – and it comes amid some questionable antics from the Chiefs star in recent weeks.

Kelce screamed in the face of his coach Andy Reid, a 65-year-old grandfather, during the Super Bowl in February, before appearing to be drunk during the team’s ensuing parade to celebrate their win, which was marred by a shooting.

US Weekly quoted a source as saying: ‘Travis and Taylor are still in the “honeymoon” phase and the relationship is serious. They are on the same page about the future but are not rushing marriage or the next step.

‘Travis is going the extra mile to make sure he is showing support for Taylor during his off time.

He is so happy he can be there for her, and show up for her even during the international leg of her tour.

‘Things are going really well and they have a great system going on. They both understand how busy they are and are very accommodating to schedules. They FaceTime and text a lot when they aren’t together.’

Many Swifties who saw Kelce’s outburst at his coach Reid on the sidelines in Las Vegas were left stunned, with some taking to social media to brand the moment ‘a red flag’.

One fan wrote on the time on X: ‘And just like that I’m suddenly less excited about Travis Kelce. You don’t get to ape up someone all aggressive like just because you’re frustrated. Taylor, my darling, my dove, my lamb, this is a big red flag.

Another said: ‘Travis Kelce is a red flag. That aggression isn’t what Taylor needs.’

His older brother, Jason, was unimpressed and said as much on their New Heights podcast.

‘You crossed the line, I think we can both agree on that,’ the older Kelce brother said. ‘Let’s be honest, the yelling in his face is over the top. I think there are better ways to handle this retrospectively.’

Travis said: ‘I can’t get that fired up to the point where I’m bumping coach and he’s getting off-balanced and stuff.’

The day of the Chiefs parade, Kelce was clearly very drunk as he downed beers with fans and seemed to slur his words as he addressed supporters on a microphone.

Later that day, hours after a shooting killed one and injured several children, pictures emerged of Kelce in a bar, with a number of teammates, as the Super Bowl celebrations carried on.

Kelce later donated $100k to a family whose two daughters were shot during he parade, through his Eighty-Seven and Running Foundation.

The 34-year-old is expected to follow Swift to Europe later this year for the first half of her four-month run of tour dates across the continent.

He will likely return to Kansas City around late July as his team bids for an unprecedented NFL ‘three-peat’ next season.

The first question came from Mariucci, who asked Mahomes what his father, former Major League Baseball pitcher Pat Mahomes, taught him in terms of being a parent.

Mahomes mentioned that his father and mother, Randi, didn’t push him in any one direction.

“I think both my parents just really taught me how to follow my dreams,” Mahomes said. “I think that was the biggest thing. They didn’t care if I was an athlete, they didn’t care where I was going, they just told me to follow my dreams, do whatever I could to have no regrets at the end of the day.

“And so I think that’s what I’m trying to do with my kids now is obviously I’m trying to parent in my own way, but I want them to enjoy life. And they’re young now, but if they want to play sports, they can play sports. If they don’t, they don’t have to and just enjoy it and to follow their dreams.”

In addition to Sterling, Mahomes and his wife, Brittany, are parents to 1 yr Patrick Lavon Mahomes III, whose nickname is Bronze.

Chex wanted to know if there is anything Mahomes can take from being a father and use as a team leader.

“I wish it was as easy as it was on the football field,” Mahomes said. “You know, where I talk and the guys listen. Sterling kind of runs the household so I talk to her but she doesn’t always listen, she likes to do what she wants.

“But no, it does teach you a lot. I mean, now having two kids I mean completely different personalities. I know one is only 12 months but it’s a completely different baby than Sterling was, and on the football field it’s the same way. You have to talk to people different ways. You have to teach them in different ways, and luckily I’ve got the ultimate teacher in coach Reid who I can learn from. So I just try to learn as much as I can, and try to be the best dad I can all at the same time.”
