The sensational rookie quarterback capped off his historic rookie season by leading the Texans to the postseason on Saturday night, defeating the Colts, 23-19, in a win-and-in game.

Following the game, Stroud was interviewed by ESPN’s Lisa Salters and the former Ohio State quarterback couldn’t hold back his emotions discussing the magnitude of leading Houston to the postseason:

The Texans still have a shot clinching the AFC South with a Titans win over the Jacksonville Jaguars on Sunday. If the Jags win, the Texans will be a Wild Card team.

“My very 1st concert”). While belting out “The Archer,” the 14-time Grammy winner noticed the young boy, his father, and his little sister decked out in their best Swiftie gear. As she continued performing the tune from her 2019 album Lover, Swift smiled and aimed her finger at the group, seemingly sharing approval towards their matching outfits.
The adorable moment was captured and shared online by mom Laura Elizabeth Luther, who appeared elated over the experience she could share with her family.

The magic shared, with 96,000 people that Johnny Jones was mesmerised by,” she wrote in the caption of her Feb. 19 Instagram upload. “The awe, the wonder, the endless joy.” “The moment @taylorswift saw our poster and smiled,” she continued begging the question, “was it our poster or the fact we were reppin’ her man @killatrav ♥️.” Swift’s Eras Tour has since wrapped up in Melbourne, but plenty of other Aussies are ready to be enchanted by the star as she and Sabrina Carpenter gear up to take on Sydney with four more shows beginning this Friday, Feb. 23. And yes, her NFL star boyfriend will be there.

Ross Travis has made his presence in the Travis Kelce’s circle known recently with the pair flying out to Australia on a private jet on Wednesday.

Travis posted a photo from the plane with the words ‘Down Under’ lightly written over the window on his Instagram story. The 31-year-old joins the Chiefs star as he catches Taylor Swift’s Eras tour in Sydney.

Before heading Down Under, Travis was part of the group that joined Kelce in Las Vegas earlier this week. The tight end returned to Sin City over a week after winning the Super Bowl at Allegiant Stadium to participate in a charity golf tournament.

While in Sin City, Travis posted a video of the views from the Wynn Golf & Country Club where Kelce played. The group also dined at a restaurant called Toca Madera in Las Vegas.

Being close friends with Kelce, Travis is no stranger to Swift either.

Travis watched from Kelce’s star-studded suite at Allegiant as the Chiefs won their second straight title. After the Super Bowl, Travis shared a series of pictures, including one with the 14-time Grammy winner.

The tight end out of Penn State went undrafted in 2015 before signing with Kansas City. Playing the same position, Travis built a good relationship with Kelce who was drafted two years earlier. After two seasons in Kansas City, Travis left and began to bounce around the NFL.

Travis went on to play two seasons with the Indianapolis Colts before joining the New York Jets in 2019. He then served as a practice player for the Arizona Cardinals, Cleveland Browns and Detroit Lions in 2021 before becoming a free agent.

His time as an active player was halted when he tore his ACL against the Cincinnati Bengals in 2018. Days later, he was placed on the Colts’ injury reserve. The following year became a rollercoaster for Travis as he was resigned in February and released in August only to be brought back in November.

One month later, he was waived by Indianapolis and began his stints as a practice player.

Over his five seasons, Travis appeared in 29 games in the NFL. During those games he recorded a total of 14 receptions for 142 yards.

Despite a short stint as teammates, Kelce and Travis appear to have maintained their friendship. Not being signed to a team, Travis regularly attends Chiefs games and workouts out with Kelce.

Aside from their shared love for football and supporting Swift overseas, the pair have also enjoyed traveling and attending music festivals together.

During an interview on the “The Five Spot” podcast on OutKick, Andy Reid reminisced, “I knew Taylor from Philadelphia. Her dad was a big NFL fan. So, I had met her when she was really young, at the age of 15. Taylor Swift is a good girl and a determined lady.”

Reid was formerly the coach of the Philadelphia Eagles, which is the Swift family’s favorite NFL team (and the home squad of Travis’ brother, Jason Kelce). Swift, however, has been rooting for the Chiefs since she started dating Travis, 34, earlier this fall.

There was even a fan spotted wearing his No. 87 Chiefs’ jersey.

Kelce was famously supported by Swift throughout this past NFL season after the pair began publicly dating in September.

The pop star became a fixture at Kansas City’s Arrowhead Stadium and attended the Super Bowl in Las Vegas as the Chiefs eked out a 25-22 win over the 49ers.

Swift had been performing in Tokyo before the game.

She’ll then travel to Europe, where her first destination will be Paris before heading to the UK in June.

She will be in London for two concerts on June 21 and 22.

Swift and Kelce visited the Sydney Zoo during their time in the city – a move that was criticized by animal rights organization PETA.

The animal rights nonprofit organization released a statement saying the couple should ‘spend their time and money at a true sanctuary,’ instead.

In a shared statement, PETA Foundation’s Director of Captive Animal Welfare, Debbie Metzler, said, ‘While we understand all too well the appeal of seeing Australia’s wildlife, PETA hopes that next time Taylor and Travis want to see wild animals, they’ll spend their time and money at a true sanctuary.’

Travis opted for a smart shirt in blue patterns and matching shorts as well as a pair of white sneakers.

Most notably, he had on a friendship bracelet from Taylor, which her fans are also known for wearing.

He had walked through the crowd applauding him before being led to his VIP seat, where he was seen beaming as he watched Taylor perform.

Other famous faces in the crowd included Katy Perry and Rita Ora, who took in the show together.

Former Australian Prime Minister Scott Morrison proved he was a Swiftie when he was seen in the crowd alongside his two young daughters. Wild weather lashing Sydney on Friday evening caused chaos for the 80,000 Swifties heading to her first show of the Eras Tour in the city.

Fans sitting on the floor and lower bowl levels of the stadium were asked to move inside after lightning struck just 10 kilometres away shortly before 6pm.

A statement from Accor Stadium issued just before 6pm told concert-goers the three-hour show had been delayed.

‘Please note, due to weather, show start time has been delayed,’ it said.

‘Stay undercover until further notice and follow venue screens and staff instructions.

‘Stay safe and remember to be kind to those around you.’

Swift took to the stage at about 7.50pm, while her support act Sabrina Carpenter was axed for Friday night’s performance.

After making it through his NFL career without putting a hand on Chuck Noll, Terry Bradshaw seemed surprised by Travis Kelce’s altercation with Andy Reid.

 

It’s been a minute since NFL fans heard from Bradshaw. With CBS hosting Super Bowl LVIII and Bradshaw missing Fox’s NFC Championship coverage due to an illness, there was plenty for the Hall of Fame quarterback to catch up on during his Thursday afternoon appearance on The Rich Eisen Show. Near the start of the interview, Eisen asked Bradshaw about Kelce bumping Reid on the sideline during the Kansas City Chiefs 25-22 Super Bowl victory over the San Francisco 49ers.

“I felt bad for Andy because Andy had had hip surgery,” Bradshaw admitted to Eisen. “He had his game plan in his hand. And when Kelce went over, Kelce didn’t push him, Kelce went over and he accidentally bumped him, I don’t think he pushed him or anything. It was an accident, but it looked bad on television.”

 

It certainly would have been something if Reid toppled over and his play sheet went flying onto the field. I’m also not sure whether Reid’s recent hip surgery was as widely known as Bradshaw made it seem.

As Reid laughed off the altercation after the game, the 65-year-old NFL head coach did joke that the bump from Kelce “tested that hip out.” So he probably doesn’t mind Bradshaw referencing his surgery. Bradshaw added that he texted Reid after the game and was surprised to immediately get a response from the Chiefs head coach amid all the pomp and circumstance that comes with winning the Super Bowl.
