Travis and Jason Kelce are taking their New Heights podcast on tour starting with an April 11 show at the University of Cincinnati’s Nippert Stadium, where the brothers played college football.

 

The show was announced on Saturday on the jumbotron for the Cincinnati Bearcats game at Fifth Third Arena, as per a tweet from a reporter covering the Saturday match. So far, it is the only date announced but given the huge popularity of the podcast, it would be surprising if it was the only one.

Travis and Jason have previously discussed taking their podcast overseas on the show itself.

In a December episode, the brothers discussed have the two best-selling NFL jerseys in Britain, and Travis said: ‘We gotta get over there dude. I feel like if this is what’s going on in the UK, we gotta get a live show over there dude.’

Jason replied: ‘You ain’t gotta talk me into that, I’d be very down for that.’

It comes amid recent reports that the brothers could strike a deal worth an estimated $100million to keep producing the show, which has surged in popularity after the Kansas City Chiefs star began dating Taylor Swift.

 

 

‘Companies want Jason and Travis Kelce’s podcast because of the deep relationship they have with their audiences,’ Eric Silver, head of development at Multitude, a podcast collective studio and ad-sales provider, was quoted as saying by MarketWatch.

‘That’s the most important thing in podcasting. I wouldn’t be surprised if it was $100million.’

Silver’s comments follow a report in Bloomberg last week that the Kelces are shopping around for new terms. That report says they could strike a deal of around $80million.

They started the podcast back in September 2022 and release episodes every Wednesday, with a bonus edition coming every Friday during the NFL season previewing the weekend games.

Kelce was joined by two pals, including his best bud Ross Travis, who was also seen dancing along to Swift’s music.

In another clip from Saturday’s show, Kelce took a seat and rested his feet while “Blank Space” played.

However, the NFL star mouthed the words to the popular song, and when Swift sang the lyric, “‘Cause you know I love the players /And you love the game,” he enthusiastically lifted his arm up high.

Following Saturday’s show, Swift, also 34, will get a much-needed two-month break from touring.

However, it’s unclear if Kelce plans to stay until the end of the Asian leg of Swift’s international tour as he previously flew all the way to Australia only to leave after watching one concert.

Pop superstar Taylor Swift has touched down at Melbourne airport in her private jet ahead of her first Australian concert.

 

 

 

The 13-time Grammy winner landed at Tullamarine Airport about 12.49am on Thursday after an 11-hour journey from Honolulu on her Bombardier Global Express twin-jet plane.

Images from the airport show fans crowding the terminal wrapped in blankets and their comfiest outfits at midnight hoping to catch a glimpse of the singer, who has not been in Australia since her Reputation Tour in October 2018.

The silver set landed on the runway shortly before 1am to a round of applause from fans, before Swift was whisked into a waiting car and into the airport’s private terminal.

Officers from the Australian Federal Police guarded the area and the three exits, ensuring the singer’s safety as fans tracked the movements of the jet.

Swift will have two days to jump back into rehearsals before her first concert at the Melbourne Cricket Ground (MCG) on Friday night.

She will perform her three-and-a-half-hour long setlist for about 86,000 fans each night on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, before flying to Sydney for another four-night run from February 23 to 26.

About 2000 people were watching as her jet took off from the Hawaiian airport using the Flightradar24 website.
