After tying the knot with NFL star Christian McCaffrey over the weekend, the model, 32, faced criticism for her wedding look and once again defended herself when called a ‘pick-me.’
This comes after another Instagram personality named Kennedy Bingham said the bride’s modest wedding dress gave ‘nothing’ and had an ‘absence of personality’ — prompting the newlyweds to retaliate and call the content creator ‘evil.’
This time, another TikToker named Jess Weslie also criticized Culpo’s look, concurring that she ‘gave off pick me vibes,’ but this time for her makeup — which featured no mascara, no eyebrow pencil and no lip liner.
In a series of videos, she said the bride looked ‘breathtaking,’ but criticized Vogue for their coverage of the couple’s wedding and saying Culpo was wearing little makeup.

Olivia Culpo ‘s wedding look was slammed again, but this time it was another critic blasting her makeup look
After tying the knot with NFL star Christian McCaffrey over the weekend , the model, 32, faced criticism for her wedding look and once again defended herself when called a ‘pick-me’
‘Don’t get me wrong, I love Olivia Culpo,’ she began in her first video posted on Wednesday. ‘But the fact that Vogue had to go in detail and say that Olivia Culpo is not wearing any mascara, no makeup on her eyebrows and no lip liner. Like, just gave me pick-me vibes.’
She shared her disbelief, remarking ‘be so for real,’ and said she could see that Culpo had a lash lift and is ‘obviously’ wearing something on her lips.
‘The fact that they pointed out she doesn’t have anything on her eyebrows, like an eyebrow pencil? Like, OK maybe that one is real, but for Vogue to even point these things out just gave me such weird vibes, because obviously Olivia Culpo did something in order to not wear mascara, in order to not wear lip liner, in order to not wear a pencil on her eyebrows,’ she continued.
Shortly afterwards, Culpo commented under the video and wrote: ‘It was an interview….. they asked me what my makeup was………………………..’
Weslie then shared more TikTok clips, reiterating that the article was ‘deceiving’ with the way Culpo did not disclose she had ‘done things to her face to enhance her beauty.’
She noted that she supported whatever made her feel ‘confident’ but stated that it was ‘very unncessary’ to bring up the points about the lack of mascara, eyebrow pencil and lip liner in Culpo’s wedding makeup.
Because they omit ‘there is something substituting’ the makeup, Weslie said ‘it sends a message to young girls’ comparing themselves to Culpo and believing it is natural, unattainable beauty.Culpo also commented under the video in defense of her choice of wedding makeup
This comes after another Instagram personality named Kennedy Bingham said the bride’s modest wedding dress gave ‘nothing’ and had an ‘absence of personality’ — prompting Culpo’s now-husband to retaliate and call the content creator ‘evil’
The TikTok user said when she read the article covering Culpo and McCaffrey’s Italian-themed soirée on the lawn of the Watch Hill hotel, which overlooked Taylor Swift’s infamous holiday house in Rhode Island, she ‘got pick-me vibes immediately.’
Later, the TikTok user also defended another content creator, who previously criticized Culpo’s classy wedding dress and was called ‘evil’ by both McCaffrey and Culpo.
‘What an evil thing to post online. I hope you can find joy and peace in the world, the way my beautiful wife does,’ he commented on an Instagram clip from Bingham talking about how she did not like Culpo’s bridal gown.
In the comment section of the same reel uploaded to the influencer’s TikTok page, Olivia herself shared her thoughts, also clapping back at the influencer’s criticism.
‘Wow what an absolutely evil person you are. I hope no one ever tears you apart in this way because it’s extremely hurtful. I love this dress and it was everything I ever wanted and more,’ the model penned.
Weslie also criticized the NFL star for using the word ‘evil’ and said she did not believe it was an ‘appropriate thing to say’ to someone as a public figure
Weslie said if they wanted to avoid criticism, they shouldn’t have publicized their wedding in Vogue.
She also blamed them for not being a celebrity like Millie Bobby Brown, who kept her own nuptials out of the public eye.
She said it ‘comes with the territory,’ but added that she understoof McCaffrey was ‘coming from a good place.’
‘I get that he’s protecting his wife,’ she said but added that calling someone ‘evil’ was something she ‘did not think was an appropriate thing to say.’
