Mіchael Jordаn аnd Kobe Bryаnt hаve forever been lіnked due to theіr ѕimilar рlaying ѕtyleѕ. The legendаry Lаker trаnsformed іnto а сarbon сopy of the Chіcago Bullѕ legend аnd mаde іt а mіssіon to leаrn everythіng he рossibly сould from MJ.

Aѕ а reѕult, deѕpite beіng сonfident of beаting every рlayer thаt’s ever lіved іn а one-on-one mаtchup, Jordаn аdmits thаt Bryаnt mаy be the one ѕtar he сould рotentially loѕe to – beсause he ѕtole аll of hіs moveѕ. During аn іntervіew іn 2014, Jordаn reveаled Bryаnt ѕtealing аll hіs moveѕ сould gіve hіm the edge іn а one-on-one bаttle.

“I don’t thіnk I would loѕe, other thаn to Kobe Bryаnt beсause he ѕtealѕ аll of my moveѕ,”  he ѕaid.

OFFICIAL: Lebron James Is Finally A Louis Vuitton Model – He Is The Very First Person To Have The Million-Dollar LV Bag!

LeBron James has officially become a star for Louis Vuitton. While some of us were already aware that Pharrell had enlisted the NBA legend to showcase his inaugural LV collection a few months back, it’s now confirmed: that LeBron is a Louis Vuitton man.

James made his debut as a cover star on Louis Vuitton’s website and social media platforms on January 4, 2023, coinciding with the release of Pharrell’s LV Spring/Summer 2024 collection at LV’s pop-up stores in New York and Los Angeles.

The images depict James at the pinnacle of his style. I must admit, I’ve previously found LeBron James’ personal style to be somewhat lacking (although his wife has impeccable taste). But dressed in Louis Vuitton from head to toe, James appears more polished than ever.

To be honest, the last time James looked this good was during his Thom Browne days. Pharrell’s tailored suits and flowing ensembles complement his stature with remarkable elegance. It may have taken until 2024, but here we are LeBron James in undeniably stylish outfits!

Noticeably, James is seen clutching just a single Speedy bag, a sharp contrast to the vibrant array carried by Rihanna, Pharrell’s inaugural LV celebrity fan. Presumably, this choice is intended to highlight his sophisticated wardrobe, and if so, it certainly succeeds.

    Nevertheless, it’s a significant detail.

The vivid red handbag serves as a reminder: this is a Pharrell signature, the most crucial item that Louis Vuitton wishes to associate with its creative director.

Yet, LeBron James has been a central figure in Pharrell’s Louis Vuitton journey since the beginning, dating back to June 2023 when he occupied a front-row seat at the LV SS24 runway show, set atop the historic Pont Neuf bridge.

James has been seen toting around Pharrell’s LV bags in the interim and might’ve been one of the lucky VIPs to get their hands on the flagship “Millionaire” bag available exclusively for LV’s friends and family.

Those bags, by the way, live up to their name: the Millionaire is a handmade crocodile leather Speedy handbag accented with diamonds. The retail price is, obviously, one million dollars.

LeBron James – The Basketball Star Who Just Became Billionaire and The First Money Lesson He Get

According to Forbes, LeBron James has just joined the world’s billionaires club with an estimated fortune of about 1 billion USD. James is the first NBA athlete to become a billionaire while still playing. Before that, another basketball star, Michael Jordan, was also a billionaire. However, he achieved this title in 2014 – more than a decade after ending his career as an athlete.

Last year, the 37-year-old star of the Los Angeles Lakers team earned $121 million. James also ranked second on Forbes ‘ list of highest-paid athletes in 2022, behind only football player Lionel Messi.

    LeBron James through the years

According to Spotrac, James – who just ended a two-year contract worth $85 million with the Lakers – earned $387 million in salary during his playing career. Meanwhile, Forbes estimates that this star “pocketed” 900 million USD from advertising contracts and business projects since starting his career in 2003.

LeBron James was born in Ohio under very difficult circumstances. James’ mother gave birth to him at the age of 16 and struggled to make ends meet. Even when he first earned a small amount of money, James always saved some of it. All thanks to a money lesson he learned from his uncles.

“I always received guidance from my uncles. They taught me how to have a savings account,” James said in a podcast. “They gave me a dollar and said ‘Hey kid, spend 35 cents of it and keep 65 cents. Or if they give me $2, they will tell me, ‘Spend $1 and save the rest.’”

With a natural talent for basketball, James joined the St. Vincent-St. Mary High School and scored more than 2,500 points over the course of four years.

After graduating, James was selected by the Cleveland Cavaliers basketball club as the first pick in the 2003 NBA Draft and was selected as the rookie of the year. He owns a “huge” track record with 4 NBA championships, 4 NBA MVP titles, and 3 Olympic medals.

The Lebron James Family Foundation also opened I PROMISE School, a public school in Akron, Ohio, in 2018. In 2021, James shared that he hopes to one day own an NBA franchise, after owning Part-owned by the Boston Red Sox.

“I want to contribute a lot to this sport. I know what it takes to win. I also know how to run a business. And so, my goal is to own an NBA franchise and that will happen soon.”

According to James, he still has many goals to achieve and has no plans to “slow down”. The star can extend his two-year contract with the Los Angeles Lakers worth $97 million and hopes to play football with his son LeBron “Bronny” James Jr. in the near future.

Los Angeles Lakers star LeBron James recently made it clear that he’s nearing the end of his legendary career.

During an appearance on The Pat McAfee Show on Tuesday, Shams Charania of The Athletic and Stadium reported a potential timeline for James’ eventual retirement.

“Most people I talk to around LeBron James, about LeBron James, [say] one to two more years is definitely the expectation,” Charania said.

At 39 years old, James is still at the top of his game. He scored 40 points in Los Angeles’ 116-104 win over the Brooklyn Nets on Sunday, joining the legendary Michael Jordan as the only players in NBA history with multiple 40-point games after turning 39.

When asked about how long he thinks he can keep this up, James admitted that the end is coming sooner rather than later.

“Not very long,” he said. “Not very long. I’m on the other side, obviously, of the hill. So I’m not going to play another 21 years, that’s for damn sure. But not very long. I don’t know what or when that door will close as far as when I retire, but I don’t have much time left.”

In his 21st season, James leads the Lakers with 25.4 points and 8.1 assists per game while also posting 7.3 rebounds and 1.2 steals. Los Angeles ranks ninth in the Western Conference with a 42-33 record, so the road to his fifth championship ring will not be easy. Still, his commitment hasn’t wavered.

“Not much tangible left for him to prove, but clearly he still loves the game and still wants to win [another] ring in L.A.,” Charania said. “But I think people around him, people around the league still believe he’s gonna play another one or two years, but beyond that, I’m not so sure.”

James will be trying to lead the Lakers to their seventh win in their last eight games when they face the Toronto Raptors on Tuesday night.

    via Imago

Despite recently concluding his 21 NBA season, LeBron James shows zero intentions of retiring anytime soon. After the Lakers were eliminated, when the 39-year-old was asked if his most recent game was his last one, he replied, “I’m not going to answer that”. According to his agent, Rich Paul, the one thing that can cut LeBron’s time short is if his family insists on it. However, a former Lakers star suggested that Bron could use Bryce, not Bronny, as a motive to keep going at the highest level of the sport!

Nick Young, on Vlad TV, highlighted his belief that LeBron James could stay in the NBA as a player for about three more years. While he wishes to have suggested a longer timeline, the former player knew that the ‘All-Time Leading Scorer’ would only stay on to see one of his inner desires come to fruition. “I think he plays…. until the son plays,” said Young.

“Until Bryce comes along,” Young concluded with a chuckle. At only 16, LeBron’s middle 𝘤𝘩𝘪𝘭𝘥 has already started following in his father’s footsteps by serving as a shooting guard in Sierra Canyon and then Campbell Hall. On the other side, LeBron’s eldest son, Bronny, is also someone with basketball aspirations. But after analyzing his under-par performance as a USC Trojans Guard, his chances in the NBA draft this summer are slim.

So, Nick Young, without saying too much, has made an educated guess about LeBron James’ future timeline. But does his family really share the same sentiment? A few days ago, Rich Paul admitted that the veteran’s family had been an “unbelievable support system”. However, he thought logically, and then said, “At some point, come on, man, it’s got to be about them. And I think from that perspective, maybe two to three, you know”.

Otherwise, Paul was pretty certain that body fitness-wise Lebron could continue for 5 years straight and if it were only up to his mentality, he could continue forever! ‘King James’ has already established an elite legacy in the NBA, and the 39-year-old has made it clear that he wants to play a season with Bronny. However, Savannah and he put the fanbase in a sort of muddle a few months ago with a teaser.

LeBron James once highlighted his wish to play alongside both Bronny and Bryce!

We all know that LeBron James has never shied away from revealing his career intentions being in sync with Bronny being drafted. Reportedly, the Lakers seem to have a trick up their sleeve as they’re even considering drafting the 19-year-old in an attempt to retain his dad. Given that it would take some time for Bryce to be ready for the big league, LeBron has seldom talked about their on-court partnership. However, he did drop a quick hint about it.

Back in October 2023, the four-time NBA champion starred in a commercial for the audio products brand ‘Beats by Dre’. His wife, Savannah James, did the voiceover. While passing on a stream of motivating quotes to her husband, she narrated, “Tell them you’re not done until you play with your son”. After a not-so-brief pause, she continued by saying, “Then do that, again”. As this second line was being uttered, the visual quickly switched from Bronny to Bryce. If that isn’t a good enough hint of what the Lakers star truly desires, then what is?

KANSAS CITY, Mo. (AP) — Good luck going anywhere these days without hearing or seeing something that has to do with Philadelphia Eagles center Jason Kelce or his younger brother, Travis Kelce, the star tight end of the Super Bowl champion Kansas City Chiefs.

The former was recently dubbed one of the “Sexiest Men Alive” by “People” magazine. The latter is dating Grammy-winning superstar Taylor Swift.

Together they host one of the hottest podcasts in America, lent their voices to a Philly-centric Christmas album, and have transcended the NFL to become pop culture icons in their own right.

Even the matriarch of their family, Donna Kelce, has become an endorsement powerhouse over the past 12 months.

“It’s been a whirlwind,” admitted Jason Kelce, who will try once more to beat Travis and the Chiefs for the first time when the Eagles visit Arrowhead Stadium on Monday night for a rematch of the Super Bowl.

“It kind of started last year with the podcast and everything, and I think it continued to grow more and more.”

It’s been on hyperdrive since the Chiefs rallied to beat the Eagles for the Lombardi Trophy in February.

That is when many football fans began to latch onto their podcast, “New Heights, with Jason and Travis Kelce,” where the duo provided a glimpse of their lives behind their facemasks. The Kelces rap on everything from what happened that week in the NFL to what happened in the worlds of TV and entertainment, all with a stunningly disarming sense of humor.

That’s also about the time that people began embracing Donna, who has made every effort to show up for both of her boys’ games over the years — including those against each other — yet had never been in such a spotlight. She famously wore a half-Eagles, half-Chiefs jersey to the Super Bowl, and there is little doubt she will bring it out again on Monday night.

Suddenly, the Kelce brothers were showing up on late-night TV shows. Playing in made-for-TV golf spectacles.

Raising millions of dollars for charitable causes. And yes, rubbing elbows with singers, actors and the Hollywood elite.

“You just try to take it one game at a time,” Jason Kelce said, using that well-worn cliché to describe the way he handles the hullabaloo. “You try to stay grounded with it. You try to stay realistic with it. You try to be the same person you are.”

Even if you are named one of the sexiest men alive.

Then there’s Travis Kelce, whose profile began growing the minute he stepped onto the field for his second season with the Chiefs. Since then, he’s been an All-Pro four times, selected to eight Pro Bowls, won three AFC championships and two Super Bowl rings — including that one at the expense of his brother.

Travis Kelce didn’t become a crossover star, though, until he mentioned his failed attempt at giving Swift one of her famous friendship bracelets during a stop on her Eras Tour.

Undeterred, he invited the songstress to watch him perform at Arrowhead Stadium, and after she took him up on the offer early this season, the two have been seen together all over the world.

That includes Buenos Aires, where last weekend Kelce took advantage of the Chiefs’ bye week to drop in on her concert. And in a scene that was all over social media, Swift not only changed one of her lyrics — “Karma is the guy on the screen” became “Karma is the guy on the Chiefs” — she also raced off the stage to kiss him after finishing a song.

“We’re learning with the paparazzi just taking photos from all over the place,” Kelce admitted. “You have a lot of people that care for Taylor and for good reason. Just got to keep living and learning and enjoying the moments.”

On the field, there have been a lot of good ones for both brothers.

The Eagles are 8-1 and were leading the NFC as they entered the weekend, while the Chiefs are 7-2 and atop the AFC. And while both teams have a long way to go, nobody would be surprised if they met again in Las Vegas for the Super Bowl.

The NFL certainly would have no problem with it.

The Kelce brothers — despite playing two of the least-glamorous positions in the game — no doubt have created countless new football fans with their off-the-field endeavors.

After all, how many “Swifities” have tuned in to see whether their hero will show up to the next Chiefs game, then became hooked on what happened between the end zones?

“Listen,” Chiefs coach Andy Reid said this week, “ex-players have done a great job once they’ve gotten done. We know that. But to have the guys still playing and doing it, and still maintaining the support of their teams doing it? That means they are doing it the right way, and not putting coaches and players at risk. There’s no threat there. That’s when you get in trouble.”

Other players have transcended the sport over the years, though usually they play quarterback: Tom Brady, Peyton Manning and, yes, the Chiefs’ Patrick Mahomes.

But rarely have they dived so headlong into the myriad of ventures of the Kelce brothers.

That includes “A Philly Special Christmas,” which features Jason Kelce singing alongside Eagles teammates Jordan Mailata and Lane Johnson, and with Travis Kelce enlisted to sing “Fairytale of Philadelphia” on their sophomore effort.

It’s a lot that could take away from what happens on the field. Yet somehow, the Kelce brothers have thrived while doing it.

“This will continue to grow with other teams,” predicated Reid, who has known the family for decades, and even coached Jason Kelce when he was in Philadelphia. “How you handle it is important. And these guys have done a nice job.”

  • To win a fifth ring with the Lakers, LeBron James needs to make a sacrifice

To win a fifth ring with the Lakers, LeBron James needs to make a sacrifice

Los Angeles Lakers fans seem split on LeBron James. While plenty of them support or even love him, there are plenty of others who want him to leave as soon as possible for whatever reason.

Yes, there are risks and downsides to having James on one’s team. But there is no way around it: If the Lakers are serious about winning another NBA championship anytime soon, they need to keep him.

He can opt out of his current contract to become a free agent this summer. The general expectation around the league is he will do just that in order to stay with the Lakers on a new deal.

Such a decision would allow James to make some rather big bucks on what will likely be his last contract, and there is no doubt the team would let him stay, no matter how much it costs. But the cost of a new contract for him could have some costs for the Lakers as far as improving their roster.

They have a good, perhaps even a very good roster, but not a championship-caliber roster. With the league’s salary cap becoming even more restrictive than it already was, it’s time for James to take one for the team.

It’s time for him to take a pay cut.

Gotta Get Lake Show A Ring”: Lakers' $33,000,000 Acquisition Eager to Win LeBron James His 5th NBA Championship - EssentiallySports

We’re not talking about anything severe. We’re simply talking about perhaps $5 million to $10 million less than he’d be eligible for in order to give Los Angeles a little more wiggle room within the suffocating restraints of the salary cap.

According to ESPN, if he opts out, he can sign either a three-year deal worth up to $162 million or a two-year deal for up to $104 million. That would put him at over $50 million a year, which sounds outrageous for a 39-year-old, even one who is still playing at an elite or near-elite level.

It is obvious that James is as much a businessman as he is a basketball player. He has also stated his desire to own an NBA expansion team sometime in the future. Doing so would obviously cost him (and his potential co-owners) boatloads of money.

But he is already a billionaire, according to Forbes, and he has plenty of other sources of income. If James needs another stream of income in order to accumulate enough capital to become the owner of an NBA team, he should be able to create one. His name alone is worth its weight in gold.

The Lakers need an upgrade in the backcourt — they need a ball-handling guard who can facilitate for teammates and create pace so that James wouldn’t be their only player who can perform either task. They could also use a legitimate, proven 3-and-D wing, and some feel they need another legitimate center, perhaps to move Anthony Davis back to the power forward spot for at least part of the time.

It would be harder for them to pull off such additions if James is pulling in upwards of $50 million a year on his next contract. If he’s serious about winning at least one more world title and silencing the critics who attack his resume, he needs to hold back on his NBA earning power.

After all, you cannot buy a championship ring.

Travis Kelce beats brother Jason in Super Bowl LVII: ‘I love him’ | Jason jokes: ‘It’s gonna be an awkward podcast’

Travis and Jason Kelce are the first brothers to play against each other in Super Bowl history; Travis had 81 receiving yards and a touchdown in the Kansas City Chiefs thrilling 38-35 victory over Jason’s Philadelphia Eagles, who racked up 417 yards of total offense in defeat

Travis Kelce told his brother Jason that he loved him following his Kansas City Chiefs’ 38-35 win over Jason’s Philadelphia Eagles in Super Bowl LVII on Sunday.

The pair are the first brothers to play against each other in Super Bowl history, and an emotional Travis said it was a “weird feeling” to come out on the winning side against his older brother

The pair exchanged an embrace on the field after the game as the confetti flew for the Chiefs.

“You joke around all the time and say you want to beat your brother on the biggest stage, but its a weird feeling.”

Travis Kelce felt no one believed the Chiefs were going to win the Super Bowl while Patrick Mahomes says everyone in the locker room stepped up at half-time to inspire their epic win over the Eagles

He added: “There’s nothing I can say to him other than I love him and he played a hell of a year, a hell of a season.”

Travis had 81 receiving yards and a touchdown in the Chiefs’ victory, securing his and the team’s second Super Bowl in the space of three years, leading some to call Kansas City the NFL’s newest dynasty.

“You can call it whatever you want,” Travis said. “All I know is we’re coming back next year with our heart and the right mindset to try and get another one – I’ll tell you that right now.”

He added: “There’s one thing about getting your first one, and it’s a whole other feeling to get two.

“I wanted this one more than I wanted a game in my life. The guys in this locker room, the team-mates that I have felt the same way.”

Nick Sirianni and Jason Kelce showed their emotion during the national anthem ahead of Super Bowl LVII

Jason still has one Super Bowl championship to his name, won with the Eagles five years ago, and though he has ceded bragging rights to his younger brother with two rings, he was gracious – albeit still showing his competitive spirit – in defeat.

“Maybe it hasn’t hit me yet. I was a little emotional when I saw my mum and dad,” Jason said. “Trav, I was not too emotional about. I was just like, ‘**** you, congratulations’.

“But no, really, really happy for Trav. Played his ass off… Obviously would’ve loved to win, but happy for Trav for sure.

“There’s a lot of people I know over there in Kansas City that are a big reason why I’m even in Philadelphia, including head coach Andy Reid [who drafted Jason in 2011 while coaching the Eagles].

“Frustrated we didn’t win but certainly happy for those guys.”

The brothers have gained added notoriety this season with the launch of their successful podcast ‘New Heights’, while during the build-up to Super Bowl LVII, the Kelces’ mother, Donna, become a fan favourite as she brought the pair cookies on opening night and was seen bedecked in half-and-half Eagles/Chiefs jackets and jerseys.

She watched the game sitting next to NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell.

Travis said after the win: “I feel like this was the happiest year of my life – both off the field and on the field.

“To see my family be in all its glory and get all its flowers, my mum be the centre of attention on the jumbotron before the game, on the biggest stage, and being able to get closer with my brother throughout the season and to meet him at the mountain top, it’s the best feeling in the world.

“I don’t know how many more I’ve got left, but I’ll cherish this one forever.”

“It was an awesome two weeks for our family,” Jason added, before joking: “It’s gonna be an awkward podcast.”
