Goldin Auctions has announced that Kobe Bryant’s 2000 NBA championship ring is up for bidding in their March Elite Sports Auction. Currently, there are seven bids, the highest of which is $54,000. The 14-karat gold ring, adorned with 40 diamonds, was originally gifted by Kobe to his father, Joe Bryant. Bidding will close on March 30 at 10 p.m.

This is not the first time a championship ring belonging to the late NBA legend has been auctioned. In 2020, an identical ring gifted to Kobe’s mother, Pamela Bryant, was sold for $206,000 through Goldin Auctions. Pamela initially sold the ring in 2013 for $280,000 to a private collector.
