The Patrick Mahomes-led Kansas City Chiefs won their second consecutive Super Bowl title earlier this month – a feat not done since Tom Brady led the New England Patriots to championships in 2003 and 2004.

“Inside The NFL” on Tuesday showed a mic’d up Mahomes already looking for more.

“Hey, we’re not done dawg,” Mahomes was heard saying as he celebrated the win with teammates and his family. “I want three. No one’s ever got three. … I want back-to-back-to-back.”

No NFL team has ever won three consecutive Super Bowl titles in its 58-year history. A third consecutive title would be their sixth and tie them for most in history with the Patriots and Pittsburgh Steelers.

Mahomes already put the notion of a three-peat out in the ether in his post-Super Bowl press conference, saying it would be “legendary.”

“No one’s ever done it, and we knew it’s legendary to win back-to-back,” he said, via ESPN on Feb. 12. “I think eight other teams have done it. We had heard it all week. We had talked to the guys [who had gone back-to-back] about it, and we felt like we had the best opportunity that we had ever had to go out there and do that.

“We’ve got to continue to play our best football. We’ll celebrate these next few weeks, and then we’ll get right back at it.”

Whatever happens in free agency may not even deter the Chiefs. Mahomes’ offense has changed drastically from 2019 – when he won his first title – to 2023. Through it all, Mahomes has proven that he can win with almost anybody on the offensive side of the football.

Taylor Swift brought out a new piece of jewelry for her dinner date with Eras Tour opener Sabrina Carpenter in Sydney Monday night: the aptly named T-Bar Curb Link Necklace from London designer Tilly Sveaas.

“It’s amazing seeing Taylor Swift wearing our iconic necklace. She has always paved her own way and broken all rules and records,” Sveaas tells Page Six Style of spotting the superstar in one of her “timeless pieces inspired by the past and created for the now.”

Sveaas sells dozens of different T-bar pieces, some of which have been spotted on British beauties including Florence Pugh, Rosie Huntington-Whiteley, Rita Ora and Phoebe Dynevor.

The design “effortlessly spans the eras” and was initially inspired by her great-great-uncle’s gold pocket watch and chain, which Sveaas used to wear around her neck and wrist.

True to that family heirloom, Swift’s necklace can be styled “multiple ways,” as the jeweler tells us.

“The T-bar slides off the chain so that the chain can be worn on its own if desired,” she says, adding that you can even wrap the chain around your wrist a few times and wear it as a bracelet.

“We want our staples to last and therefore offer several style solutions in one piece.”

Swift’s been steadily building her jewelry wardrobe in recent months as she prepares to enter another era of her own.

She’s shown off a slew of special pieces paying tribute to her relationship with Kansas City Chiefs player Travis Kelce, including a “TNT” bracelet that matches the tight end’s, a tiny ring inspired by his football jersey and an enormous cocktail ring featuring both of their birthstones.

Also sharing space in Swift’s jewelry box? A pendant engraved with an empowering Kobe Bryant quote, a vintage Cartier necklace worth five figures and a number of much more budget-friendly baubles from Mazin Jewels.

Most recently, the “Midnights” songstress attended the Grammys wearing a dazzling Lorraine Schwartz choker made from a vintage watch set to — when else? — 12 o’clock.

It’s no wonder she flipped for Sveaas’ timepiece-inspired design.

After Kansas City Chiefs star Patrick Mahomes clinched his third Super Bowl ring in just seven years, the debate over who’s superior between him and Tom Brady has intensified. Yet, for FOX Sports analyst Nick Wright, there’s hardly a debate.

Wright firmly believes that Mahomes has already surpassed Brady and stands as the NFL standard. He contends that comparisons for the Chiefs QB should be with the GOATs of other sports. During a recent episode of First Things First, Wright and the crew discussed whether Mahomes should be compared to Michael Jordan or Tom Brady. This discussion arose after Las Vegas Raiders head coach Antonio Pierce mentioned implementing what he termed the NFL version of the “Jordan Rules”—referring to them as the Patrick Mahomes Rules.

Despite the controversial tactics, Pierce’s statement sparked a conversation as he essentially likened Mahomes to Michael Jordan. However, Wright is reluctant to compare the Chiefs signal-caller to anyone in the NFL, asserting that Mahomes has already transcended that level.

Wright argues that Brady didn’t achieve as much success early in his career as Mahomes has. Since Mahomes arrived in 2017, the Chiefs have made the playoffs every year, reached the conference championship in the last six years, and appeared in the Super Bowl four times in the last five.

In contrast, while Brady won three Super Bowls in his first seven years, he missed the playoffs once early on. According to Wright, this demonstrates Mahomes’ dominance.

It’s worth noting that Wright is a staunch Kansas City Chiefs fan, which naturally biases him towards Mahomes and his beloved franchise. As someone from the city, it’s unsurprising he’s lauding their QB.

Until Mahomes surpasses Brady’s record of seven Super Bowl rings, Wright’s argument may not be taken seriously. Additionally, an older Brady defeated Mahomes and the Chiefs in their Super Bowl matchup for the 2020 season.

Nonetheless, it’s understandable that Wright promotes his favorite team—it’s what fans do.

Travis dad, Ed, hinted that his NFL star son could be considering heading Down Under to reunite with girlfriend Taylor Swift.

 

The popstar hit the road again almost immediately after watching her tight end beau lift the Lombardi Trophy for a third time at Super Bowl LVIII in Las Vegas, jetting to Australia where she performed three shows in Melbourne last week.

The songstress is continuing her sold-out show in Sydney this week and with the NFL season and Super Bowl celebrations now wound-down, Travis could be considering a trip down to Australia to watch his girlfriend perform.

That’s according to his dad, Ed, who told the Sydney Morning Herald: ‘Well, look, we spoke after the Super Bowl , and I asked him, are you going to take off for Sydney, and he seemed keen.

‘He said he’d really like to see Sydney and Singapore, but he wasn’t sure because he has commitments. He is at a celebrity charity golf outing today, which, I think, is in Las Vegas.

Travis and Taylor have juggled their schedules to squeeze in time together with the singer attending 13 of his games this NFL season, including making a mad dash back from Tokyo to Vegas to make it to the Super Bowl.

Meanwhile, Travis took advantage of the Chiefs bye week in November to play the role of doting boyfriend and watch Taylor perform to thousands of adoring fans in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

However, while America’s favorite couple appear to be managing their schedules well so far, Ed admitted he did have his concerns about the future for the two highly-successful lovebirds.

‘I won’t pretend that I don’t worry about it, he is my son, and I worry about him because they will have some challenges in their relationship for sure,’ Ed said. ‘But they seem a good fit, and ultimately, they just need to find their way together.’

With the Super Bowl now out of the way, Travis should have a relatively open diary throughout the NFL offseason until training camp with the Chiefs starts up in September.

Meanwhile, after her stint in Sydney, Swift has six shows in Singapore before she has two months off.

Touring then restarts on May 9 in Paris and Swift will be on the road until mid-August, by which point Kelce will have returned to practice with the Chiefs for the new NFL season, which begins in early September.

Kylie Kelce shared some sweet photos and video of daughter Elliotte as the family celebrated their second daughter’s second birthday

Jason Kelce and wife Kylie Kelce are all about celebrating family.

Less than two weeks after welcoming daughter Bennett Llewellyn, the newly-minted family of five celebrated daughter Elliotte Ray’s second birthday, as Kylie shared on Instagram Monday.

“A few days late, but Elliotte is officially 2!” Kylie captioned a set of pictures, which show the toddler smiling in a floral nightgown and winter beanie, standing and smiling in her crib and later in a store with her mom and big sister Wyatt, 3.

In a video shared, Kylie and her daughters were strolling around the store when the toddler spotted a t-shirt with the Philadelphia Eagles center’s face on it and pointed, saying, “dada” and “daddy” sweetly.

The mom of three, 30, also shared a photo on her Instagram Story of her homemade Bluey cake for the birthday girl.

“I said that as long as Ellie looked at this and said ‘It’s Bluey,’ that it would be a success,” she wrote. “When I asked her who was on the cake, she shrugged and said, ‘a bunny?’ ”

Speaking with PEOPLE 38 weeks into her pregnancy as she prepared to see her husband compete in Super Bowl LVII, Kylie opened up about what she loves about Jason as a girl dad.

“I don’t think in his life, Jason ever assumed that he would be the father of three daughters,” Kylie told PEOPLE.

“He would always be like, ‘No, no, we’ll get a boy. We’ll get a boy.’ And I’m like, ‘You got to stop challenging the universe. Stop saying it because you’re the universe is like, ‘Yeah, okay,’ ” she chuckled.

“I used to tell him before we had our first daughter, she’s gonna have you wrapped around her finger. He said, ‘I’m not gonna spoil her!’ And I’m like, ‘I don’t think you understand.’ ”

“It’s been amazing to see him sort of transformed from only having a brother, not having any first cousins, so really having like no experience with little girls. And now, he is absolutely head over heels in love with his daughters, and they feed that back to him tenfold,” she shared.
