The buzz around this potential trade was highlighted by Craig Carton on his Fox Sports 1 show on Monday. “I’ve said it on this show before. The New York Knicks – if they could make it happen and figure it out – would like to add Anthony Davis to the roster. That’s the guy that they want more than any other player in the league,” Carton said.
While a trade for Davis is uncertain and might face numerous hurdles, the Knicks are not sitting idle. They have actively engaged in discussions involving Robinson and have reportedly spoken to several teams, including the Washington Wizards, about potential trades for their center.
